The solution of CPC error in patent electronic application system: open the task manager, close the word background program, and then restart the CPC client. If not, you need to reinstall CPC.

How to apply for a patent in the CPC client of national patent electronic application;

1. Open the CPC client, click the drop-down menu next to the patent application on the upper left, and then click the patent type you want to apply for.

2. Click on the invention patent request, fill in the relevant content in the newly popped-up electronic application editor, and remember to save it after completion.

3. Click on the instructions on the left side of the electronic application editor, and a word document will pop up in the electronic application editor, which can copy and save the pre-written patent instructions.

4. Click on the patent claim on the left side of the electronic application editor, and a word document will pop up in the electronic application editor, which will be filled in and saved.

5. Click the Add button on the left side of the electronic application editor, then click the file type to be added, and then fill in the fee waiver application form.

6. Go back to the CPC main interface, click on the new application in the draft box on the left, and the patent document you just filled in will appear in the blank space on the right. Check it, then click on the top signature and fill in your name.
