Excluding cars:

Damage caused by force majeure;

Unable to provide valid invoices and three-guarantee certificates;

Cars are used for rental or other commercial purposes;

The car purchased by the consumer has been informed in writing that there is a defect;

Product quality problems occur and are damaged due to improper disposal by consumers themselves;

Damage caused by consumers' failure to use, maintain or repair products correctly according to the requirements of the instruction manual;
