Our country's law does not stipulate that the real estate license must be handled in person. Generally, the parties concerned are required to be present in person. If I can't handle the real estate license for objective or subjective reasons, I can authorize others to handle it.

Materials required for the new house to handle the real estate license:

(a) the original housing sales contract and the original supplementary contract.

(two) the original unified invoice for the sale of commercial housing.

(three) the original form of housing field surveying and mapping and the floor plan of layered household.

(4) tax payment vouchers.
