Please log on to www.icbc.com.cn, the portal of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, and click "Download" under "Personal Online Banking Login". After entering the next page, download and install our control program.

How to reinstall the U-Shield certificate driver:

1. Unplug the U shield client certificate and uninstall the original certificate driver;

2. Logging in to windows also has system administrator rights;

3. Please log in to www.icbc.com.cn, the portal of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, and click "Download" under "Personal Online Banking Login". After entering the next page, download and install the "U Shield" driver.

4. Connect the U shield customer certificate after restarting the computer (it is recommended to plug in the USB interface on the motherboard instead of using the front interface).
