President Zhou Guoqing, male, 1964, born in Dongkou County, Hunan Province, not party member, master of laws, senior middle school teacher. 1984 after graduating from university, he has been engaged in political teaching in senior high schools for 25 years. He is currently the vice chairman of CPPCC in Dongkou County, the deputy director of Dongkou County Education Bureau and the principal of Dongkou County No.1 Middle School. He has served as director and vice president of Dongkou No.9 Middle School, vice president of Dongkou No.1 Middle School and principal of Dongkou No.4 Middle School. Excellent teacher in Shaoyang, "young and middle-aged expert in cross-century academic technology" in Shaoyang, cross-century academic leader in Shaoyang, director of the board of directors of Shaoyang senior middle school, member of the eighth and ninth CPPCC in Shaoyang, director of the psychological counseling association of primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province, and judge of the evaluation committee of senior professional titles in Hunan Province.
