1b) The organizing committee has the following rights and obligations:
. 1b 1) is responsible for all the organizational arrangements before and during the Rubik's Cube competition;
. 1b2) has the right to deprive Rubik's Cube contestants of the right to participate in the competition. See the corresponding part of the Articles of Association for details.
1c)WCA representatives enjoy the following rights and obligations:
. 1c 1) shall submit a report to the WCA department within one week after the Rubik's Cube Competition, regarding whether the WCA Rubik's Cube Competition Rules have been fully implemented during the whole Rubik's Cube Competition;
. 1c2) shall submit a report to the WCA department within one week after the Rubik's Cube competition, including the whole process of the Rubik's Cube competition and the accidents occurred therein;
. 1c3) Provide reference and suggestions to other official personnel when necessary;
. 1c4) Before and during the Rubik's Cube Competition, all competitions and competition organization forms were approved;
. 1c5) According to the rules described in other chapters, decide that a Rubik's Cube player is eligible to participate in the Rubik's Cube competition.
. 1c6) WCA representatives in the Rubik's Cube Competition can participate in the Rubik's Cube Competition.
1d) There must be one referee for each game:
. 1d 1) The judges of each project shall ensure that the Rubik's Cube competition rules are implemented in this project;
1d2) The referee has the right to deprive Rubik's cube players of the right to participate in the competition. For details, please refer to the corresponding part of the Articles of Association;
. 1d3) The judges of each competition are not allowed to participate in the Rubik's Cube competition of this competition;
1d4) The referee may postpone a certain round of Rubik's Cube competition; However, only by notifying all Rubik's Cube contestants can the Rubik's Cube competition be advanced by a certain round.
1e) Each event must have one or more referees:
. 1E 1) The judges of each event are obliged to implement the competition rules of the event;

1f) Each project (unless the Rubik's cube doesn't need to be disrupted in this project) must have one or more Rubik's cube disruptors:
. 1F 1) The Rubik's Cube scrambler is obliged to scramble the Rubik's Cube according to the scrambling formula;
. 1f2) All Rubik's Cube contestants must obey the disturbing results and request the organizing committee to make a ruling if necessary. Participants who do not obey the Rubik's Cube will be disqualified.
1g) Each project must have one or more raters:
. 1G 1) The scorekeeper is obliged to record the results of the competition;
1g2) The scorer can participate in the Rubik's Cube competition of this project;
. 1g3) The recorded Rubik's Cube results can only be changed with the consent of the referee.
1h) For large-scale competitions, Rubik's cube contestants can be divided into several groups, so that Rubik's cube contestants can also assist in disrupting and judging:
. 1H 1) Rubik's cube contestants cannot judge or disturb their own groups.
1i) The WCA representative of the competition must announce to the public before the competition starts, and the referee of each project must announce to the public before the Rubik's Cube competition of that project starts.
1j) Officials are allowed to hold several posts (including organizing committee, WCA representative, referee, referee, scorekeeper and Rubik's cube destroyer). Chapter II Rubik's Cube Contestants 2a) Anyone who meets the following conditions can become a Rubik's Cube contestant:

2d) All registered information (except name, country, date of birth, Rubik's Cube competition type and Rubik's Cube competition result) can only be used for Rubik's Cube competition, and can only be provided to other organizations/individuals with the consent of Rubik's Cube contestants.
2e) Rubik's Cube contestants must have a passport/ID card that can prove their identity when registering at the designated place.

2g) Rubik's cube contestants must keep quiet in the designated Rubik's cube competition area. Conversation is allowed, but the volume must be controlled and away from the players who are playing the Rubik's Cube competition.
2h) Rubik's Cube contestants must be dressed neatly. Rubik's cube contestants can wear jeans, trousers, shorts, casual pants, skirts, shoes, T-shirts or shirts. Hats are allowed. No vulgar words or inappropriate pictures shall be printed on the clothes.
2i) During the Rubik's Cube competition, Rubik's Cube contestants are not allowed to use audio equipment or other electronic equipment (such as walkman, tape recorder, lighting equipment, etc.). ).
2j) If a Rubik's Cube player fails to attend a Rubik's Cube competition, the referee of the project has the right to deprive the Rubik's Cube player of the right to participate in the project.
2k) WCA representatives have the right to disqualify Rubik's Cube contestants under the following circumstances:
.2k1) Rubik's cube contestants failed to report in time;
.2k2) Rubik's cube contestants are suspected of cheating or cheating Rubik's cube competition officials;

2l) According to the severity of the violation, the Rubik's Cube contestant can be disqualified on the spot or given a warning first.
2m) All fees paid by Rubik's Cube contestants for participating in Rubik's Cube competition will not be refunded after being deprived of the qualification.
2n) When there is a dispute over the decision of the referee, the Rubik's Cube contestants have the right to make an oral theory with WCA representatives.
2o) Oral theory can only be conducted in Rubik's Cube competition, and it must be conducted within 30 minutes after the dispute and before the next Rubik's Cube competition.
2p)WCA representatives must deal with the disputed results before the next Rubik's Cube competition.
2q) The content of the dispute can only be directed at the judgment of the referee and the organizing committee, and it is not allowed to question the rules of WCA.
2r) Rubik's Cube contestants must accept the final decision of WCA representatives, otherwise they may be disqualified.
2s 1) For Rubik's Cube players with hearing impairment, the referee can use gestures instead of voice commands.
S2) The referee can help disabled Rubik's Cube players start and stop the timer.
2s3) For the Rubik's Cube contestants with visual impairment, they can observe and restore the Rubik's Cube on Rubik's Cube made of different materials or engraved with Braille, and the Rubik's Cube restoration stage must be carried out according to the blind twisting rule. For the blind twist Rubik's cube competition, the ordinary Rubik's cube must be used in the restoration stage.
2t) All Rubik's Cube contestants should be familiar with the rules of WCA before the Rubik's Cube competition. Chapter III Rubik's Cube 3a) The Rubik's Cube must be a Rubik's Cube, and each face can be rotated continuously to restore the Rubik's Cube.
3b) Rubik's Cube contestants must bring and use their own Rubik's Cube. Rubik's cube contestants can borrow other players' Rubik's cubes, but when the Rubik's cube competition rules require them to compete together, they must compete at the same time.
3c) The Rubik's Cube must be in a reasonable and normal working state and can be disrupted normally.
3d) Rubik's cube contestants can use any normal color scheme for the Rubik's cube, but only one color can be used on each side when the Rubik's cube is restored. For other competitions, Rubik's Cube contestants can use any toy with the same moving way, the same position and the same solution as the toys used in this project.
3e) The colors used in the Rubik's Cube must be solid and will not change color, and the colors on each side can be clearly distinguished.
3f) Stickers or patches must be attached to the Rubik's Cube.
3g) The thickness of the sticker or patch shall not exceed 1.5mm, and it shall not exceed the general thickness for non-Rubik's cube items.
3h) The Rubik's Cube can be polished or lubricated to make it smoother.
3i) The modification of the Rubik's Cube cannot exceed the basic concept of the Rubik's Cube. Some examples of very modified are: the emergence of a new rotation method, the failure of normal rotation, the ability to see more colors/blocks, the ability to see the colors on the back, the ability to automatically rotate, or other completion states.
3j) Any modification to the Rubik's Cube will make the contestants' grades poor, which cannot be used as a reason to get extra opportunities in the Rubik's Cube competition.
3k) The Rubik's Cube must be clean, without words, marks, uneven squares, breakage or other special features, so as to distinguish two similar pieces.
3l) The Rubik's Cube must be checked by the referee before the Rubik's Cube competition.
3m) A maximum of one logo is allowed on the Rubik's Cube. For a cube of 3x3x3 or higher, the logo must be on one of the center blocks.
3n) All brands of Rubik's Cube and stickers will do. Chapter 4 Destroying the Rubik's Cube 4a) The Rubik's Cube must be destroyed by a destroyer according to the steps of destruction.

7b) The audience should be at least 1.50 away from the Rubik's Cube players.
7c) Pay special attention to the lighting measures of the stadium and use the most suitable white light, so that the Rubik's Cube contestants can easily distinguish the colors of the Rubik's Cube.
