3. Issuance

When going to the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau to issue a CO, you must bring a copy of the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau CO, and you need to attach one copy of the application form for the certificate of origin and one copy of the invoice, both of which are printed through the software. The application form for certificate of origin needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit, and the accompanying invoice needs to be stamped with Chinese and English strip seals and corporate seals.
