1. Application time
In December 2020, self-study graduation certificates in our province will be processed online. The processing work is divided into two stages. The specific time arrangement is as follows:
1 . Candidates’ online application period: November 23rd to November 29th;
2. Information confirmation time: November 24th to November 30th;
3. Online graduation certificate review time: December 1st to December 31st;
2. Application conditions
Candidates who meet the following conditions can apply for graduation:
1. Registration has been completed on the "Hubei Provincial Higher Education Self-study Examination Candidate Service Platform" and the on-site registration confirmation procedures have been completed at the location of the examination;
2. All qualified courses and credits under the admission ticket for graduation must comply with the examination plan for the major for graduation;
3. Candidates who transfer from other provinces must obtain passing grades in no less than 5 subjects for junior colleges and no less than 4 subjects for undergraduates in our province (except for those who have moved their household registration, military personnel or personnel in state agencies and institutions whose jobs have changed, and those who have been admitted to ordinary colleges and universities or secondary schools) ;
4. If there is a record of examination violations, the period for postponing graduation has been reached and the passing grades for the illegal courses have been obtained again;
5. Applicants who apply for self-study examination at the undergraduate level (including associate degree upgrading and associate degree continuous study) must complete pre-requisite academic qualification verification.
3. Materials required for graduation application
1. "Graduation Application Form for Higher Education Self-Study Examination in Hubei Province"
2. Valid resident ID card (the validity period of the ID card should be after December 30, 2020) and a copy of the ID card (including both front and back sides). The original ID card will be returned to the candidate after being reviewed by the Self-Study Examination Office at the place of examination registration.
IV. Online application steps
1. Candidates log in to the "Hubei Higher Education Self-study Examination Candidate Service Platform" (http://219.140.60.48:8096/portal-web/) (it is recommended to use 360 ??or Google Chrome);
2. On the "Examination Management" page, click "Graduation Application" on the left side of the page, select the major to apply for graduation, and verify the basic information. If the candidate cannot see the "Exam Registration Management" page, it means that the registration information corresponding to the account the candidate logged in has not completed the current registration process. Please complete registration and on-site confirmation and other related operations before applying for graduation;
3. Verify the basic information in the graduation application. If the basic information is incorrect, please modify the basic information yourself in "Basic Information Maintenance". If the name, ID number, major, and level need to be modified, candidates are asked to contact the self-study examination office where the examination registration is located to inquire about information changes;
4. After the basic information is verified, check the grades of all courses under the major you are applying for graduation. The grades of unqualified courses are shown in red;
5. Click the "Graduation Conditions Determination" button and wait for the system to automatically determine whether you meet the requirements for graduation. If you meet the requirements for graduation, please submit your graduation application and print the "Hubei Higher Education Self-Study Examination Graduation Application Form". If the requirements for graduation are not met, the system will prompt "unqualified". Candidates can follow the system prompts to enter the course substitution to see if there are courses that can be substituted. For courses that meet the substitution rules, candidates should perform the substitution operation on their own and then apply for graduation again; p>
6. After the graduation application is submitted, candidates should bring relevant materials to the self-study examination office where the examination registration is located according to the time prompted by the system to go through the information confirmation procedures. The information confirmation is handled by the candidate himself. Candidates must bring their valid ID card and a copy of both sides, "Hubei Province "Graduation Application Form for Higher Education Self-study Examination" go to the self-study examination office where the examination registration is located to confirm the application information on site. If the candidate is indeed unable to go to the site to confirm the information and needs to entrust someone else to handle it, the entrusted person should also provide the "Hubei Higher Education Self-Study Examination Graduation Application On-site Confirmation Power of Attorney" signed by the candidate himself (Attachment 2) and the identity of the entrusted person. 7. After confirming the information on site, the candidate or the person being entrusted shall sign and confirm the "Graduation Application Form for Higher Education Self-study Examination of Hubei Province", and the person entrusted shall sign and write the name of the person entrusted;
8. Candidates should log in to the Candidate Service Platform to check the status of the graduation application review in a timely manner.
V. Other matters needing attention
1. According to the requirements of the Teaching and Examination Center Letter [2017] No. 133, the upper right part of the higher education self-study examination graduation certificate prints a color photo of the candidate, that is, the candidate The electronic photo collected on-site and printed on the admission ticket when registering for the self-study exam for the first time.
2. When the candidate himself or his client signs and confirms the "Hubei Higher Education Self-study Examination Graduation Application Form", it will be deemed that the candidate has confirmed that all his online application information (including electronic photos) is correct. If the application for the graduation certificate is not successful due to errors or the electronic registration information on Xuexin.com is incorrect, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the candidate himself.
3. To apply for a professional diploma at the undergraduate level (including junior college to bachelor's degree and joint bachelor's degree) by self-study examination, you must obtain a junior college degree or above. Candidates must complete the pre-requisite academic qualification verification on the candidate service platform. If you are unable to graduate due to prerequisite academic qualifications, the relevant consequences will be borne by the candidate himself;
4. During the online application process, candidates can consult the self-study examination office, the student aid agency, and the main examination institution according to the graduation certificate application process.
5. Self-study examination offices, student-aid institutions, and examination-taking colleges in each examination location must effectively prevent and control the epidemic. When candidates come to the site to handle procedures, they must do a good job in personnel registration, temperature testing, diversion, ventilation and disinfection.
