Can the court record be revised?
I disagree with the above answer. In our trial practice, if the parties have opinions on the trial record, they can ask the presiding judge to modify his speech. The specific method is to write down the record I disagree with at the back, and then write down my own opinions. However, as a judge, I am quite disgusted with this practice. I suggest that if it's not a fundamental principled opinion, you don't care. If it is a matter of principle, you can talk to the judge and tell him your opinion. Under normal circumstances, the judge will understand you and try not to make the relationship stiff, which is good for you.
