The originals of these two documents must be carried with you and taken to the airport for formalities when leaving the country.
Then you need to prepare the following items:
A. the box
It should be a special air box, which is more convenient. It's best to turn around, stand up, sit down and curl up and sleep in it. Not so big that if there is a bump, it will be as big as being hit by weightlessness. It is better to meet IATA standards. Cages should be bought more than two weeks in advance. Generally, there is a chance to get familiar with it. Open the cage door and let them explore freely so that they won't be afraid when they leave.
B. don't fill the water dispenser with water in a bowl.
Water is necessary, otherwise you will be dehydrated after a long journey. Use a water dispenser that can be fixed on the door. If the cabin where animals live is very hot, freeze it in advance.
C. food.
Short trips don't require food. Don't feed it 4 hours before boarding to avoid carsickness and nausea. Just put something you usually eat. A little food in the stomach helps to keep quiet. The food container can be fixed on the cage.
D. don't inject sedatives.
Sedatives and sleep needles generally only work for 2 to 4 hours. But it only proves to be effective on land and has no side effects. Therefore, IATA, the international air cargo association, suggests not to inject sedatives, so as not to affect the self-rescue ability and avoidance possibility of animals in crisis and dangerous situations.
E. the company of familiar things.
Putting one or two things she usually uses is said to help keep calm.
F. labels.
Write the flight number, owner's name, contact information, darling's name and other information with a striking black pen outside the cage, just in case. Don't lock the cage, just buckle it. In case of emergency or something, the pilot needs to open the cage.
Call the airline office 1 day before departure, and tell them to take the dog and ask them to prepare the luggage compartment in advance to prevent the dog from freezing.
After arriving at the airport, take the dog to the animal and plant quarantine office, and the staff will leave the official health certificate and rabies vaccine certificate issued by the government veterinarian of the exporting country, and make a new certificate at the domestic airport for future reference.
Then check the luggage, the dog will charge a single fee, including the cage, 20 dollars per kilogram. Remember to put some newspapers in the cage, because the dog will go to the toilet on the way.
When you arrive, go to the baggage claim area of the airport to find the dog. It didn't come out of the conveyor belt, but someone put it next to it. Go to the animal and plant quarantine office of the Capital Airport with the foreign airport certificate and quarantine for 30 days, and pay the isolation fee of 65,438 yuan+0,000-2,000 yuan.
