Based on Party B’s written application, Party A, On the premise that Party B has entrusted Party A with the management of personnel files, and in order to solve Party B's practical difficulties, Party B agrees to accept Party B's collective household registration service. The agreement between the two parties is as follows:
1. Party A, upon Party B’s entrustment, is responsible for Party B’s personal collective account registration services. The collective household registration registration of his spouse and children will not be accepted.
2. Party A is responsible for providing Party B with daily services for collective household registration, and assisting the public security and other departments in coordinating and contacting daily affairs.
3. Party B is responsible for the daily management of family planning, social security and other matters.
4. Party B must proactively provide Party A with all materials for handling relevant procedures. During the agreement period, if Party B encounters changes in contact information, it must promptly notify Party A, and Party B will be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
5. Party B must pay Party A the affiliation service fee of _________ yuan per year on time and pay the fee in full once a year.
6. During the agreement period, if Party B needs to move out of his household registration for any reason, he may propose to Party A in writing to terminate the agreement (this agreement must be attached), and with the consent of Party A, he will go through the formalities for moving out his household registration (subject to the Fees are non-refundable). If there are service fees in arrears, they must be paid in full before they can move out.

3. When the following circumstances occur, Party B must promptly go to Party A to handle the procedures for moving out of the household registration.

4. If Party B is temporarily unable to handle the procedures for moving out of residence due to special circumstances, it must negotiate with Party A separately to resolve the issue.

Since Party A does not have collective household registration, in order to solve the problem of employee household registration After friendly negotiation with Party B, we have entered into a household registration agreement.
1. Party A will link the employee’s account to Party B’s collective account, and the date of affiliation will be calculated from the time the account is registered.
2. Party A is responsible for providing all the information required for household registration declaration.
3. Party B is responsible for going to the public security department to apply for household registration.
4. Party A has the obligation to urge and educate employees to abide by laws and regulations and be law-abiding citizens. Affiliated personnel should actively cooperate with the public security and other departments to complete a series of tasks related to household registration.
5. Party B only agrees to the household registration registration of Party A’s employees, and issues related to housing and other welfare issues shall be resolved by Party A or the affiliated personnel themselves.
6. In order to strengthen the household registration management, the files of the registered personnel must be handed over to Party B for safekeeping (an entrusted file custody agreement shall be signed separately).
7. When a person with a household registration needs to issue a household registration or other certificate, he or she must issue a letter of introduction from Party A and his or her ID card to Party B.
8. Personnel with registered residence must truthfully provide their contact address and telephone number. If there are any changes, please notify both parties A and B in a timely manner.
9. When personnel with registered residence leave Party A, they should first move their residence registration out of Party B’s collective residence registration, and then go through the personnel file transfer procedures. If the registered personnel are unable to move out of the collective registered residence when they leave Party A, the consequences such as being unable to quit work and change jobs will be borne by the registered personnel.
10. The household registration fee is RMB per person per year. The initial fee is paid in one lump sum in the first month when the household registration is registered, and then it is paid year by year. Pay first and then be registered.
11. This agreement is made in triplicate. Party A and Party B and the affiliated personnel each hold one copy, which is equally valid.
