There are generally two ways for enterprise callback:
First, the HR of the enterprise will check your basic information and education, and ask your former HR colleagues about your entry and exit time, position, reasons for leaving, salary and treatment, and whether there are any labor disputes.
Second, ask the third-party callback service provider to make a callback. If the callback is true, in addition to the above basic data verification and work experience verification, we will also conduct a more in-depth investigation, visit your immediate supervisor or colleagues, understand your work performance, and ask questions about your ability, quality and performance.
