All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government (hereinafter referred to as the provinces) National Biology Competition Committee of middle school students:
According to the development of the National Biology League in recent years, on the basis of soliciting the opinions of the provincial chapters, the National Middle School Students' Biology Competition Committee decided to make appropriate adjustments to some terms of the 20 1 1 League work. The specific requirements of the 20 1 1 National Biology League for Middle School Students are hereby notified as follows:
I. Registration Method Where the preliminary contest is held in advance and the number of participants is more than 2,000, our province will register according to the actual number of participants in the National Biological League, but the number of participants in the League shall not be less than 500. The provinces that have not conducted the preliminary competition shall register according to the actual number of participants in the National Biological League. According to the articles of association, students in Grade One and Grade Two are allowed to participate in the competition, while students in Grade Three are forbidden to participate. Please fill in the 20 1 1 National Biology League for Middle School Students, and send the printed registration form to the National Competition Committee before March 3 1 (subject to the time of receipt, the same below).
2. The examination time will be set at 9: 00 a.m.-11on May 8th (Sunday), and the provinces are not allowed to change the examination time by themselves, otherwise it will be regarded as giving up automatically.
Third, the scope of the examination is based on senior high school biology and has been expanded. The extended part can refer to the content of general biology in colleges and universities. The test questions are more difficult than the college entrance examination and lower than the national competition.
From 20 10, the National Biology League cancelled the experimental examination organized by provincial branches and designed a certain proportion of experimental pens instead of answering theoretical questions. The question * * * is divided into four parts, accounting for roughly:
1. Cell biology, biochemistry, microbiology 25%
2. Anatomy, physiology, structure and function of animal and plant tissues and organs 30%
3. Animal behavior and ecology 20%
4. Genetics and Evolutionary Biology, biosystematics 25%
Fourth, the test paper form 20 1 1 The alliance test paper only takes one form of indefinite multiple-choice questions. The test questions are classified by subjects, and single-choice questions and multiple-choice questions are mixed. Each small question is only marked with a score, and whether it is a single-choice question or a multiple-choice question is not marked (but most questions can be judged from the stem). Only when the answer is completely correct can you score.
Five, examination methods and marking process
From 1. test center 20 1 1, provincial leagues are required to be held in a test center in the provincial capital city (or other cities) as far as possible. For provinces that are really difficult to organize students to concentrate on one exam, they can be dispersed to prefecture-level cities, but there are at most five test sites, and each test site must send two people to escort the test papers at each provincial branch; It is suggested that there is no preliminary competition at present, and the provinces with more than 2000 people should hold the preliminary competition first.
2 test papers and machine-readable cards used in test papers are uniformly printed by the National Competition Committee, and provinces are not allowed to copy or print them themselves. Test papers and machine-readable cards are still packaged in the form of 30 small packages and 8 large packages. Each test center should prepare an appropriate amount of mobile test papers.
Examination papers and machine-readable cards should be sent to the provincial disciplinary competition management committees in the form of confidential communication two weeks before the written test. Before the examination, each provincial branch should send at least two responsible persons or staff members to the Competition Management Committee for verification, go through the formalities of obtaining the examination papers, and then transfer them to each test center for later use. Provinces that have not established a provincial disciplinary competition management committee shall be kept in a reliable place by provincial branches, but relevant confidentiality provisions need to be formulated.
3. The examination rooms in all provinces are set according to the requirements of the college entrance examination, and each examination room has the main invigilator 1 name and the deputy invigilator 1 name.
4. Three or more persons in charge of each test center unpack the big test paper bags 20 minutes before the test, and the main invigilator of each test center receives the test paper bags 10 minutes before the test; 5 minutes before the exam, the invigilator in the examination room will open it on the spot; After the examination, the principal and deputy invigilators will stamp and sign the machine-readable card on the spot and send it to the test center; More than 2 persons in charge of the test center are concentrated in the provincial branches for unified marking.
5. The marking process starts from 20 1 1 year. After the examination, all provincial branches immediately read the machine-readable cards, and all provincial branches save the original data of machine-readable scores, and send the electronic text of the original data to the National Games by e-mail before 24:00 the day after the examination, and notify the National Games by telephone at the same time.
The National Games will issue standard answers to questions on the third day after the exam, leaving a feedback period of 5-6 days. About 10 days after the exam, according to the feedback, the National Competition Committee decides whether to distribute the test papers to correct the answers, and informs the provinces to grade the original data of machine-readable books, and calculate the T score in four parts (the calculation method will be specified in the remarks of the league), with the T value taking four decimal places, and sort out the machine-readable card packages of the top 100 candidates at the marking site, which will be signed and sealed by more than two responsible persons of each provincial branch.
Intransitive verb award method Where the preliminary contest has been held in advance and the number of participants exceeds 2,000, the first, second and third prize places in the league will be implemented according to the upper limit of this province. In the provinces that have not held the preliminary contest or the number of people in the preliminary contest is less than 2,000, the proportion of winning prizes respectively accounts for 1%, 5% and 10% of the total number of candidates in the province. Among them, the number of winners of the first prize is the basic quota plus the reward quota, and the basic quota is 20, and the reward quota will be announced later. The second and third prizes are the most100,200.
After reviewing all the data reported by the provinces, the National Competition Committee passed the Provincial Competition Committee in writing, and the Provincial Competition Committee announced the list of award-winning students in this province.
Seven, after the application materials are marked by the provincial branches, all the candidates' information in Excel format, machine-readable card scores, all T values and total T values are sent to the National Competition Committee, and the scores of the former 100 candidates, machine-readable cards and the work report of the provincial branches are reported to the National Competition Committee. The contents of the provincial branch preliminary competition and league work report include: the scale and holding situation of the preliminary competition; The final formation time (specific date, hour, minute, second) of examination room setting, test paper storage, marking and original machine-readable data. The report shall be signed and stamped by the person in charge of the provincial branch (at least signed by the provincial competition management committee, the person in charge of the provincial competition committee and the supervisor).
Eight. Fees: In 2065,438+065,438+0, provinces with less than 2,000 participants in the National Biology League for Middle School Students will be charged a paper fee of 8,000 yuan per province to ensure the normal operation of the League.
