1. To approve the company name, go to the website of the industrial and commercial bureau or the local industrial and commercial bureau to download the enterprise name for pre-approval, and fill in it as required. You can prepare more names, because similar or homonymic names are not allowed within the jurisdiction of an industrial and commercial bureau. Fill it out and report it to the industrial and commercial bureau. It can be handled by others, but the original identity cards of all shareholders must be brought. You can get the enterprise name approval notice then. At the same time, receive the application form for the establishment of a limited company (which can also be downloaded online).

2. Open a capital verification account in the bank with the approval notice of the enterprise name, the original shareholder ID card and the power of attorney of the shareholder's entrusted agent. Anyone who is a legal person must be engraved with the name of the legal person.

3. Submit the capital verification report to the firm, and attach the capital verification notice, capital certificate, the completed application form for the establishment of a limited company, the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting, the articles of association, the business place certificate, the original shareholder ID card and other materials.

4. Bring the capital verification report and the materials required in Item 3 to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for review. If the materials are complete, the business license can be issued within five working days. The cost is around 300 yuan.
