Such cards include: Bank-Insurance Card, Rongtong Card, Shang Tong Card and Oscar Card. This kind of card is generally not discounted, and some cards need a handling fee.
In addition, there are hints at the back when you apply for a card, and it is very common to refuse a visa. The shopping card is not registered, so it cannot be reported as a bank card. No identity information was left when buying the card, and any cardholder can spend it. Shopping cards can't be frozen if they are lost, and consumers' rights and interests can't be protected after losing their cards, which is unfair to consumers. Merchants also specially indicate on the shopping card that they do not report the loss, which limits the rights of consumers.
