2. Installation preparation:
1. Determine the installation tasks. Prepare installation tools.
2. Contact the customer: Before the task is shipped, you must proactively contact the customer, initially determine the time to arrive at the customer's home, and let the customer make preparations; due to various reasons (traffic jam on the road or unfamiliarity with the road conditions) When the installation can arrive at the customer's home as scheduled, the installer must promptly notify the customer and explain the reason and estimated arrival time.
3. Installation method:
1. Determine the installation location according to the drawings. If there are several cabinets placed together, first ask the customer’s room number and place the board corresponding to the room number. Pieces are sorted and stacked.
2. Check the hardware against the list. Check whether the number of cabinet parts matches the number of packages in the packaging details. Then check whether the glass and sliding doors are cracked and whether the door panels are scratched. If there are any abnormalities, report them immediately. Department Manager.
3. Unpacking: First unpack all side panels, top and bottom panels, and solid layers, check whether there are scratches on the panels, and spread the wrapping paper on the ground to prevent the panels from being scratched by the ground. Flowers, then put on the rubber particles, connect the screws, put the corks and flatbread on the top and bottom boards, place them gently against the wall in order, fold all the excess wrapping paper and put them in appropriate places.
4. If there are upper and lower cabinets, install the lower cabinet first and then the upper cabinet. If the space is large, use horizontal installation. If the space is not large enough, use vertical installation.
5. Installation of the upper cabinet: If the cabinet is against the wall on both sides and there are plaster lines, you can leave 40mm in front of the two side panels, saw the excess part of the top cabinet below the plaster line, and then cut it The side beveling matches the plaster line.
6. To install the side panel to the top, first place the high side panel 600mm away and advance it to the installation position in parallel to determine whether the height is appropriate. A 3-5mm gap needs to be reserved between the high side panels and the ceiling.
7. Installation example of standard 2+4+3 combination:
7. 1. Place the cabinet-height side panels flat on the ground, first fill them with rubber particles and fix the three-in-one One connecting rod.
7. 2. Cover the connecting rod and pie with the laminate.
7. 3. When the solid layer is assembled, the three-in-one cake of the footing line should face downward, the solid layer cake at 2100mm should face upward, and the remaining cake holes should face downward.
7. 4. Nail the back panel.
7. 5. Installation of cabinet No. 3 is the same as cabinet No. 2.
7. 6. Lift up cabinets No. 2 and No. 3 and move them inward, aligning the top and bottom plates of cabinet No. 4 with the three-in-one holes of cabinets No. 2 and No. 3 and tighten the pancake. Move the rear leg line of No. 4 cabinet inward by 20mm. Secure with foot code.
7. 7. Nail the back panel.
7. 8. Push the installed cabinet to the location to be installed.
7. 9. Make closings according to the on-site conditions.
8. Installation of configurations in the cabinet:
8. 1. The living layer is mainly divided into equal parts, and you can also choose the space at will. After installing the layer boards, put them away living layer.
8. 2. If there are multiple drawers in the cabinet, they can be installed from the bottom, and finally use corner codes to fix the solid layer. The distance between each drawer is 2mm.
8. 3. If there are three accessories in the cabinet: drawer, trouser rack, and grid rack, install the drawer first, then the grid rack, and finally the trouser rack. The distance between the three accessories is 20mm.
8. 4. The L frame can be installed after the back panel is nailed and fixed to the back panel with corner codes on the inside and top of the L frame.
9. Installation of the three-section rail:
9. 1. First install the rail core onto the drawer side panel so that the edge of the rail core is flush with the edge of the drawer side panel , move the rail up and down to the appropriate position as needed, put the front end close to the back of the drawer panel, and fix it with screws.
9. 2. Then install the track shell on the positioning hole of the side plate, move it forward and backward up and down as needed until it is in the appropriate position, and tighten it with screws on the fixing hole.
9. 3. The edge of the rail is 23mm away from the corresponding fixed layer, and the front end of the rail is 20mm away from the front edge of the side plate.
9. 4. When there are many drawers, the rail shell can be installed from bottom to top first. The distance between adjacent rails depends on the size of the drawer.
10. How to install the Yitong holder:
The intersection point 35mm downward from the top plate and 240mm from the back plate is the upper hole of the Yitong holder, so that the Yitong holder is vertical Then fix the second hole screw.
11. Installation of sliding doors:
11. 1. The installation of the upper and lower rails must be balanced, stable, and fixed with self-tapping screws.
11. 2. Unwrap the sliding door wrapping paper, then put it into the upper and lower rails, and adjust the bottom wheel to make the door slide freely when pushing and pulling.
11. 3. Install the positioning piece, dust-proof strip and anti-collision strip in the appropriate position.
IV. Installation precautions:
1. Inspections must be done before installation. If any abnormalities are found, feedback will be provided as soon as possible for timely correction.
2. Carefully check the consistency between the drawing markings and the site to determine the installation sequence.
3. Pay attention to the protection of product assemblies during installation.
4. The beam position, top line, and corner cutting of the closing plate must be carefully checked and cut accurately.
5. Please note that the shelf hole surface of the side panel of No. 4 cabinet should not be placed inside No. 4 cabinet.
6. When nailing the backboard, use a ruler to measure whether the diagonals of the cabinet are equal. If the solid layer is uneven, use a planer to smooth it out before nailing the backboard.
7. During installation, if customers raise questions, they should be answered promptly and informed of the reasonableness of the handling method.
8. If there is a problem with the installation, the installation worker must fill in the installation notes when returning to the factory, and place a replacement order to provide tracking services.
9. After installation, it must be self-inspected and adjusted, and then accepted by the customer and signed for confirmation.
10. After the entire installation service process is completed, the customer must be left with a clean environment.
5. Solutions to difficult problems:
1. The cloakroom or installation space is small, so special methods must be used during installation.
1. 1. If the cloakroom is high, install it from the inside to the outside.
1. 2. For top cabinets, install the inner cabinet first and then the outer cabinet. Install the cutout lower cabinet and upper cabinet at the same time and then install the outer lower cabinet.
1. 3. Adopt the vertical installation method, first inside and then outside, from left to right and from right to left. Put the side panels up and connect the corresponding foot lines first, then connect the solid layer, and then the feet at the back. The wires are fixed with corner codes. After nailing the back panel, people have to climb out from the top cabinet. If the top cabinet space is too small, you can saw the back panel behind the drawer and then fix the back panel with corner codes.
2. There are electric sockets in the cabinet on site. You can measure the holes to open them. The holes for the electrical plug-in boards should be based on the cabinet against the wall. If necessary, the electrical plug-in board can be installed on the back panel without opening holes.
3. Solution to corner cutting of top cabinets and beams: Install the lower cabinet first, saw the top cabinet board to the corresponding height, place it on the side panel of the lower cabinet, and saw according to the on-site ink marking. horn.
4. Solution to the uneven connection between the two closing panels and the top line. When making the first closing plate or top line, add a small plate to the interface with another plate, exposing 100-200mm. The purpose is to position the plate connected to it. The small plate can be fixed with 502 glue or screws.
5. Analysis and solutions to problems when installing drawers:
5. 1. When installing drawers, it is often encountered that the drawer board and the side board are not straight, and the gaps are quite different. The reasons are:
5. 1. 1. The cabinet body is tilted.
5. 1. 2. The marked point line is not at right angles to the side panel.
5. 1. .3. The installation rail is not parallel to the dotted line.
5. 1. 4. The distance between the fixed layer board and the dotted line is not accurate enough.
5. 1. 5. The three-in-one drawer hole position is not accurate enough.
5. 1. 6. The dotted lines on both sides are not at the same level. Note: The dotted line refers to the line marking the installation dimensions with a pencil during installation.
5.2. The reasons why the drawer does not move smoothly are:
5.2.1. The empty space inside the cabinet is not standard.
5.2.3. The quality of the track is not good, such as insufficient lubrication, metal burrs on the movable contact surface, deformation of movable parts, etc.
5,3. The solutions to the above problems are:
5.3.1. If the outside is loose and the inside is tight when the drawer is shaken, this usually occurs when the back panel is nailed carelessly, causing the side panels to deform. You can use a hammer to knock out the inside of the side panels to restore the original shape.
5.3.2. If the back panel or side panel is too large, it must be planed or sawed.
5,3.3. Check the quality of the rails carefully and replace them if there are any problems.
6. Solution to the problem that the sliding door makes a very loud noise or is difficult to push after it is installed:
6.1. Reasons for abnormal noise:
6.1.1 The frame is in contact with the upper rail.
6.1.2 The bottom wheel box is in contact with the lower rail.
6.1.3 The bottom wheel and adjustable parts are loose.
6.1.4 The bottom wheel is deformed or has bulges.
6.1.5 Deformation of the crown chakra.
6.2. The methods to solve the noise are:
6.2.1. Increase the distance between the bottom wheel and the lower rail.
6.2.2. The raised part of the bottom wheel can be disposed of.
6.2.3. Replace the deformed top wheel and bottom wheel.
6.2.4. Fix the upper and lower rails with screws.
6.2.5. When installing the lower rail, place a piece of paper of the same width under the lower rail.
6.3. The main reason for a sliding door that is difficult to push is that the position of the upper and lower rails is incorrect or unmatched, the bottom wheel is of poor quality or the space is too small.
6.4. Solution:
6.4.1. The space reserved for sliding doors should be standard and the diagonals should be equal.
6. 4. 2. The positions of the upper and lower rails must be symmetrical, especially the lower rails must be straight.
6. 4. 3. Check the quality of the bottom wheel carefully.
7. When the built-in wardrobe cabinet is larger than the actual size, cabinet No. 4 can be made smaller.
8. When the gap between the sliding doors is large, the frame may be deformed. The inner and outer sliding doors can be interchanged, and then a dust-proof strip can be added to the intersection of the two upper rail doors. If it is an all-wood sliding door, you can press the frame.
9. When there are more than two wardrobe cabinets, the top and bottom plates are easy to confuse: when the wardrobe upper cabinets are made separately, the top and bottom plates are not the same size, and the widths on both sides and in the middle are different.
10. Wardrobe side panel deformation: The main reason is that the fixed layer board is placed below 2100mm of the exposed surface of the wardrobe side panel. If the side panel is in a free state, the sliding door and the side panel will not be tight. During design, a solid layer should be placed below 2100mm of the exposed side panel.
5.2.2. The drawers are not standard, including the size of the bottom plate, the size of the back panel, and the deviation of the three-in-one hole position.
