Licuo Village includes three natural villages: Shangli, Zhongli and Lixia. On the south side of Anjie Highway, it is adjacent to Fengyang Township of Gu Xiang Town in the west, hillside in the south, Huaishangang Village and Zhancuo Village in the northeast, and the fifth branch canal from Beiguan to South Korea flows through the village. In the sixth year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1373), my ancestors came to settle here from Jiaonan Village, Guanshuo, Jieyang, because everyone in the village was surnamed Li and the village was named after Li. Before the 24th year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty (1898), it was called Fuquangang (called Fuquangang in the National Records) together with Zhan Cuo and Tian Long, formerly known as "Fuquangang Li Cuo", and later referred to as this name.
Licuo Village is located in longhu district and Waisha Town, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. Belongs to an ancient village. 1947- 1949, underground parties and guerrillas set up secret activities here.
