1. Correctly place the order draft as a coreldraw file, and convert it into a bitmap with special effects. Text, symbols, and patterns must be converted into curves.

2. Inner frame specifications: 85.6mm*54 mm, outer frame specifications: 88.5 mm*57 mm, card rounded corners are 12 degrees.

3. The margin between the embossed code and the card must be greater than 5mm, the inner frame edge (upper and lower) of the magnetic stripe separating the card is 4mm, and the width of the magnetic stripe is 12mm.

4. The small embossed code is a size 12 font, and the large embossed code is a size 18 font, which can be expressed in boldface. The small embossed code and the large embossed code can only contain spaces and can only have 19 digits at most. The embossed code can be hot stamped with silver or other gold and silver. Personalized embossed codes can be made according to special requirements.

5. The position of the embossed code design should avoid the magnetic strips, signature strips, barcodes and internal coils on the front and back. The barcode card leaves space according to the barcode model provided by the customer.

6. Magnetic stripe cards: Magnetic stripe cards are commonly divided into high-density magnetic stripes and low-density magnetic stripes, with specifications of 2750oe and 300oe respectively. Magnetic stripe manufacturers can supply a variety of colors according to market demand. Magnetic strips, such as gold, silver, red, green, blue, brown, black, etc. The different colors of magnetic strips are caused by coating the protective layer of standard magnetic strips with the desired color. Standard magnetic reading and writing equipment can read and write magnetic stripes of different colors, so the color of the magnetic stripe does not affect normal reading and writing. Usually the color of low-density magnetic strips is brown, and the color of high-density magnetic strips is black, so that users (including card manufacturers and issuers) can distinguish low-density and high-density magnetic strips in color during production and storage.

7. Color gradation: The ideal range is 18%-85%. If the highlight part is lower than 18% or the dark part is higher than 85%, the color gradient will be poor.

8. The thickness of the line must not be less than 0.076 mm, otherwise the printing will not be rendered.

9. The color mode should be C, M, Y, K, with pure black text on the front and back or K100 on a black background, white text on the solid color block, and white text on the front and back.
