The reason why WIN7 system and telecom wireless network card can't be connected is because the driver of telecom wireless network card can't pass WIN7 authentication.

Solution: Disable digital signature authentication.

1. Click the Start button-enter gpedit.msc in the run box and press enter;

2. Expand User Configuration-Management Template-System-Driver Installation;

3. Double-click the device-driven code signing in the right interface;

4. Select Disable, and then click OK.
