Method of adding electronic seal in Word

Prerequisite preparation: apply for a digital certificate from the statutory certificate certification center.

1, and then install the certificate. If you want to check whether it is installed correctly, you can click Tools → Internet Options → Content → Certificate in IE browser to view it.

2. Then open the document that needs to be added with electronic seal.

3. Click Insert → Signature Line → Seal Signature Line to open the signature setting window.

4. Enter the relevant content, and then you can see that there is an additional signature box in word.

5. Right-click the signature box and select Signature.

6. Then the window as shown in the figure pops up.

7. Click "Select Image", select the seal to be used, as shown in the figure, and then click Signature.
