? The employer or the insured shall pay the medical insurance premium in full and on time. If the employer or the insured fails to pay the basic medical insurance premium in full for two consecutive months, the social insurance agency shall suspend the medical insurance benefits of the relevant insured and pay the relevant medical insurance premiums and late fees in accordance with the regulations before resuming the enjoyment of medical insurance benefits. If the medical insurance premium has not been paid in full for three consecutive months or more, the medical insurance benefits will be calculated according to the new insured except all medical insurance premiums and late payment fees. If the insured person stops insurance, he will stop paying medical insurance premiums from the second month after the insurance is stopped, and the medical insurance benefits will be terminated. The medical insurance premium paid before stopping the insurance will not be refunded.
