First, all kinds of documents are reviewed once a year in principle, and all units are requested to do a good job in the review.

The applicant must fill in the qualification application form and other relevant forms in detail, and provide an electronic version of one-inch bareheaded color photo (the photo file name is my name and the format is JPEG) and a copy of my ID card; The unit must truthfully fill in the examination and approval opinions, sign by the person in charge, affix the official seal of the unit, and submit a written application, annual examination materials and a list of applicants in the prescribed format.
