1. Reasons for going abroad and passport. In fact, it can be convenient and quick by following the following methods. If you don’t have proof of foreign exchange deposits, you can still join an overseas tour group organized by a travel agency. Therefore, if you have saved money or prepared the expenses for traveling abroad, you will have the conditions to apply for a passport for traveling abroad. If you want to travel abroad on New Year's Day, Spring Festival, May Day and National Day, you can apply a few months in advance and then apply for a visa. You will have plenty of time and don't have to rush when the time comes. 3. Photo specifications. At the corresponding position on the application form, you need to affix a recent straight-sided frontal ID photo without a hat. Photos should be on glossy photo paper, with a white or light blue background (when wearing white clothing, the background must be light blue). Public officials do not wear standard clothing, and children do not wear red scarves. One-time snapshots, reprinted photos, or photos printed from a color printer do not meet the specifications.
After submitting the application form, you need to take a special passport photo in the reception hall with the "Application Receipt for Private Exit Document" and your ID card. For this reason, applicants should pay attention to the clothing and appearance they wear when applying. Otherwise, you have to go back and forth to change clothes or get a haircut. 5. Translation of foreign language materials. Depending on the reason for going abroad, corresponding supporting materials need to be submitted. 6. Never engage in fraud. According to the relevant provisions of the "Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China" and its "Implementation Rules", those who fabricate information, provide false certificates, or use bribery to obtain exit and entry documents will be punished by the public security organs. The types of punishment include warning, detention and criminal liability. To this end, applicants must seek truth from facts when filling out the application form and submitting relevant supporting materials and must not commit fraud. Don't take chances, because fake things can't be true after all. Of course, those who have certain "signature and seal" rights must cherish their rights and not issue illegal certification materials due to the temptation of worldly feelings and money.
7. Study abroad must be handled through legal intermediaries.
In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens entering and leaving the country, the public security organs cooperate with the education department, industrial and commercial administration, labor and social security departments to continuously carry out activities to ban illegal intermediaries and crack down on illegal intermediary activities. However, there are still some institutions or individuals that illegally set up entry-exit intermediary agencies to engage in entry-exit intermediary activities in order to obtain high economic benefits, and take advantage of others to study abroad to charge high fees or defraud money. Therefore, those who study abroad must enhance their legal awareness and self-protection awareness, contact legal intermediaries to understand whether the undertaking institution has a business license, whether the procedures are legal, whether the fees are reasonable, and sign a valid contract with the intermediary agency . In this way, once rights and interests are infringed, compensation can be obtained through legal channels. If you are deceived through an illegal intermediary, don't just cry without tears.
