The process of paying parking fines is as follows:

1. Only by querying and confirming that your traffic violations are traffic violations photographed by electronic eyes can you choose any processing point for processing. If it is a mobile electronic police, that is, the police on duty on the road use cameras or video cameras to investigate and deal with it, they must go to the illegal handling point of the brigade to which the police on duty belong;

2. It is requested by the party concerned or the owner of the vehicle to be dealt with according to law. Only when the parties show their driving license and driver's license can they inquire and print the notice of illegal handling;

3. Check the terms and indicators of the notice of violation on the spot, and sign it only after it is confirmed. The violator or the owner's agent shall sign in the corresponding position, and once the signature is approved, it will take effect immediately in law;

4. Keep the payment slip properly;

5. If the detained car, license plate deduction certificate or foreign car needs to issue a receipt for illegal handling, it must be returned to the processing point after payment, otherwise it is not necessary to return after payment;

6. Pay within 15 days after receiving the notice of administrative punishment for traffic violation by electronic monitoring, and the late payment fee will be exempted. If the fine is not paid within the time limit, a fine of 3% of the fine amount shall be imposed on a daily basis;

7. If the unit requests to receive the list of violation records, it shall be handled with the letter of introduction, work permit and enterprise code of the party concerned.

Anyone who violates the provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations on motor vehicle parking and temporary parking can point out the illegal act, give a verbal warning and order him to leave immediately.

If the driver of a motor vehicle is not at the scene or refuses to leave immediately although he is at the scene, which hinders the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, he shall be fined from 20 yuan to 200 yuan, and the motor vehicle may be towed to a place that does not hinder the traffic or parked at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall not charge the parties the trailer fee, and shall inform the parties of the parking place in time.

If the motor vehicle is damaged due to improper traction methods, it shall be liable for compensation according to law.
