3. Submit a copy of the applicant's ID card and household registration book, and submit the original. If the applicant does not apply for an identity card, he must submit a photo of the household registration certificate issued by the local police station, and the military only needs to submit the identity certificate. When applying for agency, the client shall sign the "signature of the client" column of the applicant and submit the identity certificate of the client.
