Graduates of the 20th14th class who have not obtained the diploma (degree) shall submit the registration recommendation form at the time of qualification review (as long as all national education graduates use this registration recommendation form). Since there is no original diploma (degree certificate), candidates must sign a letter of guarantee and submit the original diploma (degree certificate) within the specified time.
