(a) where People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens and people of other nationalities who are allowed to work in China meet one of the following conditions, they may apply to take the licensed pharmacist qualification examination:
1. Obtain technical secondary school degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related major, and have been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for seven years.
2. Obtain a college degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, and have been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for five years.
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, and have been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for three years.
4. Obtain a second bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chinese medicine or related majors, graduate from a postgraduate class or obtain a master's degree, and have been engaged in pharmacy or Chinese medicine for one year.
5. Obtain a doctorate in pharmacy, Chinese medicine or related majors.
(II) Those who are evaluated and hired for senior professional and technical positions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from the two subjects of Pharmacy (or Chinese Medicine) Professional Knowledge (I) and Pharmacy (or Chinese Medicine) Professional Knowledge (II), and only take the two subjects of Pharmacy Administration and Regulations and Comprehensive Knowledge and Skills (Pharmacy and Chinese Medicine).
1. Apprentice of traditional Chinese medicine, graduated from technical secondary school majoring in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and has been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 20 years.
2. Obtain a college degree or above in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, and work continuously in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine 15 years.
Note: The requirements for academic qualifications in the above registration conditions are formal academic qualifications recognized by the national education administrative department.
The materials to be prepared are:
1. Original and photocopy of ID card. 2. Original and photocopy of graduation certificate, original and photocopy of degree certificate. 3. If it is a junior college degree or above after 2002, print a diploma with a QR code on Xuexin.com, and provide a copy of the diploma certification report or file of secondary school education (with the official seal of the archiving department). 4 units issued by the relevant professional work experience certificate. 5. Two one-inch photos. 6. Unit qualification.
