1. Enrollment target
(1) School-age children with permanent residence in Yulin, school-age children over 6 years old (born before August 3, 20091,the same below).
(2) School-age children of servicemen and martyrs (with the approval of the statutory examination and approval authorities, certificates of revolutionary martyrs will be issued).
(3) School-age children who meet the requirements of migrant workers' children.
(4) School-age children who meet the conditions of borrowing.
2. Enrollment regulations
(1) Draw lots for students to register. School-age children with registered permanent residence in school lots are called lots students. According to the principle of "according to the location of the household registration, relatively nearby, free of entrance examination", all primary schools should accept online registration of school-age children in the lot according to the lot scope announced by Yuzhou District Education Bureau (including the municipal government) and Yudong New District Science, Education, Culture and Sports Bureau. When parents (or other legal guardians) of school-age children submit audit materials to schools in designated areas, they must provide the following originals and photocopies: the certificate of inspection of children's vaccination certificate and the household register of school-age children (if the guardian and the school-age children are not in the same household register, the guardian's household register or the child's birth certificate must be inspected to prove the relationship between children and guardians).
(2) Children of servicemen and revolutionary martyrs (with the approval of the statutory examination and approval authority, a certificate of revolutionary martyrs will be issued). Children of soldiers of China People's Liberation Army and Armed Police Force who are in active service in our city should be given priority to attend schools in the compulsory education stage of our city. School-age children shall go through the relevant admission procedures at the school after approval with their copies and originals of family residence booklet, military officer's card, certificates of units above the division level or certificates of county civil affairs bureau and other relevant certificates (only those involving military secrets cannot be accepted).
(3) There is a house in the school district (note: the house ownership certificate of parents or grandparents plus the proof that parents have no house in the urban area). You can apply for registration in the school where the property belongs. The original and photocopy of the following documents must be provided: ① household registration book for school-age children; ② Real estate license or purchase contract and invoice; ③ Inspection certificate of children's vaccination certificate.
(4) Registration of eligible children of migrant workers. When applying to the school where they live, the parents of the children who move with them must provide the originals and photocopies of the following documents: a written application by the parents (the written application should clearly state the reasons why the children want to study in the urban school). Provide "five certificates" in accordance with the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Compulsory Education for Migrant Workers' Children in Yulin City (Trial)": ① Household registration certificate: household registration book for school-age children (if the guardian's parents and school-age children are not in the same household registration book, the guardian's household registration book must be checked); (2) Housing proof: the proof of parents' property ownership, or the purchase contract and invoice, or grandparents' property ownership, plus the proof that parents don't have a house in the urban area and the community's verification of the living conditions, or the proof of the house lease agreement and the community's verification of the living conditions; (3) Proof of legal employment: industrial and commercial license or booth lease contract, or labor contract filed by the employing enterprise with the human and social departments, or proof of payment of endowment insurance in urban social security institutions (or receipt of urban social security fund or endowment insurance issued by urban social security bureau) (4) Proof of residence: parents' residence permit, and school-age children with urban hukou do not need residence permit; ⑤ Certificate of no guardianship conditions issued by the registered permanent residence (school contact letter), certificate of no guardianship conditions for school-age children issued by the village committee (community) and school where the registered permanent residence is located, and certificate of inspection of children's vaccination certificate.
(5) School-age children whose parents transfer their jobs enter school. School-age children and adolescents whose parents' work has been transferred to the units in the urban school district, and whose parents' accounts have not yet moved to the school district, need to submit materials when they enter school: household registration book of school-age children, original and photocopy of their parents' ID cards, and proof of transfer.
(6) School-age children whose parents work in other places are enrolled by borrowing. I live in the urban area, and my parents both work in foreign units (state organs). If you live in this area with other relatives, you need to borrow money from the school where other relatives are registered. Materials to be submitted: school-age children's household registration book, parents' ID card, work certificate of parents' unit, certificate of village (neighborhood) Committee where they live, certificate of temporary guardianship entrusted to other relatives, copy and original of household registration certificate of other relatives.
(7) School-age children whose parents are engaged in field work such as geological exploration are enrolled. Parents who have been engaged in geological exploration and other field work in other places for a long time, live with other relatives in the region, or entrust guardians in this city to take care of them, and need to borrow from schools in the region where other relatives (or guardians) account. Materials to be submitted: school-age children's household registration book, parents' ID card, work permit, certificates of units above the department (bureau) level, certificates of temporary guardianship entrusted by other relatives (or guardians), and copies and originals of household registration certificates of other relatives.
(8) School-age children whose parents are seriously ill or severely disabled and have lost their guardianship ability are enrolled by borrowing. Disabled people whose parents have been seriously ill for a long time or have lost their guardianship ability are entrusted to a guardian in the urban area, and they need to borrow from the school where the guardian's account is located. Materials to be submitted: household register of school-age children, ID cards of parents, ID cards of entrusted guardians, household register, photocopies and originals of critical illness certificates of civil affairs bureaus, disabled persons' federations or hospitals at or above the county level.
(9) School-age children who are orphans and abandoned children go to school. Orphans and abandoned children whose household registration is not within the scope of the school in the lot, who are raised or adopted by others, need to borrow students from the school where the dependent (adopted) household registration is located. Materials to be submitted: the ID card and household register of the foster or adopter, and the copy and original of the legal certificate of foster or adoption issued by the county-level civil affairs department.
(10) After school-age children are registered in relevant schools, the school will review the materials provided by their parents, and the teacher in charge of reviewing the materials must sign the copy of the materials. The school will record the registered school-age children, and at the same time quantify the registration materials of the children of migrant workers (see Annex 3 for details), and then discharge them from high to low according to the quantitative scores, and enroll them from high to low according to the degree of the receiving school, and the records will be full. If you can't arrange it, the county (city, district) education administrative department will recommend you to attend a private school that has obtained a school license according to law, and the relevant schools will arrange for you to attend according to relevant policies. If you don't want to go to a private school, go back to the school where your hukou is located.
(1 1) If a school-age child needs to postpone or avoid the entrance examination due to illness or special circumstances, his parents (or other legal guardians) shall submit a written application to the relevant primary school where the household registration is located, and the school shall submit its opinions to the competent education administrative department for examination and approval before postponing or exempting the entrance examination. School enrollment expires, it should be immediately enrolled.
(2) Junior high school
1. Enrollment target: (1) The household registration belongs to the primary school graduates of Yulin City on 20 15. (2) School-age children of servicemen and martyrs (with the approval of the statutory examination and approval authorities, certificates of revolutionary martyrs will be issued). (3) Children of migrant workers who meet the conditions for study. (4)20 15 primary school graduates who meet the conditions of borrowing.
2. Enrollment regulations
(1) Students whose registered permanent residence belongs to the school lot of Yulin City (students whose registered permanent residence is in the school lot are called lot students). (1) Students who graduated from primary schools in Yulin City are directly enrolled in the corresponding junior high schools by the newly established enrollment working groups in Yuzhou District (municipal schools) and Yudong New District where their household registration is located. Yuzhou District (directly affiliated to the school) and Yudong New District should strictly follow the lots designated by Yulin City's 20 15 junior high school enrollment. On the basis of ensuring the consistency and stability of enrollment work, the distribution should be appropriately adjusted according to the actual situation, so as to ensure that primary school graduates with hukou in school lots enter junior high schools in corresponding lots. Junior high schools shall not refuse to recruit primary school graduates in the school area on the grounds of academic performance, physical health (except infectious diseases) and ideological performance. ② Students whose registered permanent residence belongs to Yulin City, but graduated from primary schools outside Yulin City, who want to return to their original places of study, should bring their application forms, registered permanent residence books, primary school graduation certificates, student status information cards and other related materials to the central primary school or junior high school where their registered permanent residence is located, and go through the transfer formalities. The enrollment working group where the student's household registration is located will arrange for him to attend the corresponding junior high school, and the relevant schools shall not refuse. (3) Transfer students (including other grades) transferred with their parents' work shall be enrolled in schools within their jurisdiction according to actual arrangements. If the number of students in the corresponding classes in schools in lots is indeed full, Yuzhou District Education Bureau and Yudong New District Science, Education, Culture and Sports Bureau shall arrange to attend other schools nearby, and the relevant schools shall receive them in time and shall not refuse.
(2) Children of China People's Liberation Army and Armed Police Force now stationed in Yulin City should be given priority in junior high school in Yulin City, but they must go through the relevant admission procedures with the military officer's card and military officer's card approved by the enrollment leading group of each school district.
(3) There is a house in the school district (note: the house ownership certificate of parents or grandparents plus the proof that parents have no house in the urban area). You can register in the school where the property belongs. (4) Provisions for eligible children of migrant workers to enter junior high schools. The children of migrant workers from primary school to junior high school must provide the original and copy of "five certificates and one book". The "five cards" are ① household registration books; (2) proof of housing: proof of parents' house ownership certificate or purchase contract and invoice or house lease agreement; (3) Proof of legal work and business (labor contract certificate or business license) issued by the neighborhood committee or proof of actual residence and residence in the property; 4 residence permit: the residence permit of both parents (residence permit is not required for urban hukou in Yulin City); ⑤ Proof that there is no guardianship condition at the domicile: Proof that there is no guardianship condition at the township (street) or village (neighborhood) committee where the domicile is located. Migrant children of migrant workers cannot submit relevant documents on time or the documents submitted are incomplete, irregular and untrue, and they cannot enjoy the schooling treatment for migrant children of migrant workers. Students who follow their relatives and friends into urban schools do not enjoy the treatment of migrant children. Children of migrant workers who graduated from primary schools in Yulin City. Apply for registration in a public school where you live or a private school that has obtained a school license according to law with materials such as "five certificates and one book" and "five insurances and one gold". Relevant schools will arrange according to the registration materials provided by parents and according to the priority of points (see Annex 3 for details). According to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Compulsory Education School for Migrant Workers' Children in Yulin City (Trial), with reference to the school-running standards, arrangements were made according to the vacancy situation of the degree and the actual situation of the school, and the records continued to be full. If the degree of the school in this area is full and it is impossible to arrange, it is recommended to study in a private school that has obtained a school license according to law. Parents will contact the school, and the school will arrange it according to relevant policies. If they don't want to study in a private school, they should go back to the school where they live. The children of migrant workers who graduated from primary schools outside Yulin City are arranged to attend school according to urban practices. The children of migrant workers in Yuzhou District registered in Yudong New District graduated from primary school and entered junior high school. Yuzhou District Education Bureau forwarded the list to Yudong New District Science, Education, Culture and Sports Bureau, which arranged for them to go to school.
(5) Other provisions requiring loans. Students who borrow books are not accepted in principle. Individual students who really need to borrow books under special circumstances must meet the conditions for borrowing books and strictly control borrowing books. ① Parents' work has been transferred to the unit in the school lot of Yulin City, and the following materials must be submitted when the students' and parents' accounts have not yet moved to the school lot: a. Student's household registration book; B. parents' identity cards; Original and photocopy of transfer certificate. ② Students whose families are in Yulin City, whose parents work in foreign units (state organs), live with other relatives and need to go to the school where other relatives are registered. The following materials need to be submitted: a. student household registration book; B. parents' identity cards; C. Work certificate of the parents' unit; D. certificate of the village Committee (community) of the place of residence; E. entrust other relatives to issue temporary guardianship certificates; Copies and originals of household registration certificates of other relatives. ③ Students whose parents have been engaged in geological exploration and other field work in other places for a long time, live with other relatives, or entrust guardians of Yulin City to take care of them, and need to borrow from schools where other relatives (or guardians) account. The following materials need to be submitted: a. student household registration book; B. Parents' ID cards, work permits, and certificates of units above the department (bureau) level; C. Certificate of temporary guardianship of other entrusted relatives (or guardians); Copies and originals of household registration certificates of other relatives. (4) Disabled parents who have been seriously ill for a long time or have lost the ability to monitor their children entrust their guardians to take care of the students who have requested to borrow from the school where the guardian's account is located. The following materials need to be submitted: a. student household registration book; B. parents' identity cards; C. ID card and household registration book of the entrusted guardian; D original certificate of critical illness of civil affairs bureau, disabled persons' Federation or hospitals at or above the county level. ⑤ Orphans, abandoned children whose registered permanent residence is not in the lot, those who are raised or adopted by others, and students who need to borrow from the school where their registered permanent residence is located. The following materials must be submitted: a. ID card and household registration book of the student foster or adopter; B original legal certificate and adoption certificate of county-level civil affairs department. ⑥ Students who need to borrow books for other special reasons. With reference to the registration conditions of borrowing students, students who meet the relevant conditions apply to the school for borrowing. The school will summarize and verify the proof materials of the students' application for borrowing, put forward opinions on whether to accept borrowing according to the degree, and report to the leading group for freshmen's admission for approval before entering the school.
