However, the high-intensity work and repetitive work content made me tired. My personality is not very good at getting along with others, and I have no close friends. At that time, I encountered a question in the interview: What do you think is the most successful thing you have done? I couldn't answer it. I have never had much self-confidence, so during college I firmly believed that I would start my own business in the future and create my own career through hard work. Whether I succeed or fail, I always have to give it a try. However, the reality made me less determined and more hesitant. I'm confused, I hope someone who has experienced this can give me some advice.
First of all, my family is not rich, so it is not feasible for my family to fund my business. It is not easy for me to shoulder the heavy responsibility of my family. It is very stressful. My parents’ attitude is that it’s a good thing for me to go it alone in the future. I should have the ambition to do big things, but I shouldn’t be too impatient.
Secondly, let’s talk about my current work situation. My current company is in the nature of construction, which requires a high level of physical labor. The company has high expectations for the fresh graduates recruited this time and hopes to see us grow up quickly and eventually move into management positions. When I first joined the company, I started learning from the grassroots level. I followed the construction team out to do work every day. My boss talked to me and said that he hoped to be able to work in the office within half a year. However, because I am usually very busy, I am basically outside every day, except when eating. Together, I rarely have the opportunity to communicate with my leaders. If my leaders don’t know my progress, they will naturally not promote me. In addition, as I said before, I am not very good at dealing with others, so now that it has been almost a year, I feel that I have learned a lot. It is to stay in one place. However, a colleague recently left, which indirectly gave me the opportunity to take his place in the office and learn to make some materials, but I also have to do construction at the same time. The place where I work is a subsidiary company with dozens of people, and the division of positions is not clear. I don’t know how long it will take to change positions. I feel that I have no other choice but to wait, and I can’t see the future.
Third, about my entrepreneurial idea. Like all college students who want to start a business, I have the determination to start a business, but I don’t have a clear plan and goal. When I have time, I will pay attention to this information on the Internet and understand the situation of various industries. What bothers me most so far is which industry to choose. The starting point of this industry must be low, that is, the start-up capital cannot be too high, and the growth must be fast, otherwise it is easy to die due to insufficient funds. I am now purely relying on my salary to accumulate start-up capital. Because my salary is not high, this will be very slow and may take several years, but I can hardly think of other ways to raise funds. I am a more cautious person. My idea is to start when I have around 100,000 yuan. I don’t know what 100,000 yuan can do. Also, people often say that if you are not familiar with it, you will not do it. It is impossible to start a business in my current industry because it requires at least one million to be able to scale. Therefore, if I start a business, I will definitely enter a new environment that is completely unfamiliar to me. It is also very dangerous to learn and explore slowly by doing.
After saying so many expressions, it may be a bit confusing. I hope everyone understands what I mean and gives you valuable opinions.
