The law does not clearly stipulate whether the people's court serves a reply card or whether the people's court's judgment document is stamped with the seal of the people's court. In principle, the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court adopts the model of court litigation documents of 1992 (for trial implementation). According to the requirements of the model, the seal of the people's court should be stamped in the center of the first part of the receipt. The written judgment of the people's court shall be signed or sealed by the parties, and the judges and clerks shall sign the written judgment without the seal of the people's court.
