Copy of ID card and handwritten signature can be scanned to generate scanned copies in PDF or picture format, and inserted into the electronic file of application form.

Correct procedures for refund and transfer of IELTS test;

1. After entering the system, click the "My Status" button-enter my status page-click the "Cancel Registration and Return Some Fees" button-cancel your registration.

2. Click the button to cancel the registration and return some fees, and you will be prompted whether you have made a "wrong operation". After you confirm that you want to cancel your registration, your previous registration will be cancelled and the balance will be saved in your account balance after deducting the withdrawal fee. You can click "My Status" to query.

3. The system will send an email confirmation letter to cancel the registration.

4. If the examinee wants to return the money in the account balance, he must fax a refund application to the IELTS test service hotline of the examination center of the Ministry of Education. The application contents include your NEEA ID card, name, birthday, signature, ID number and a copy of the certificate. After faxing the refund application, they must also call the IELTS service hotline of the examination center of the Ministry of Education to confirm the refund.
