is a forced line break tag that inserts a simple line break. The
tag is an empty tag (meaning it has no closing tag, so this is an error:
). In XHTML, place the closing tag within the opening tag, i.e.
.
Different from the p paragraph tag, the br tag is used for line wrapping and typesetting of paragraphs. After line wrapping, the distance between the upper and lower lines of text is based on line-height.
p tag
tag is a paragraph tag used to define paragraphs.
The element automatically creates some white space before and after it. The browser adds these spaces automatically, or you can specify them in your stylesheet.
Usually in the article, the paragraphs are clearly distinguished. There is a certain gap between the upper and lower paragraphs. We can use the p tag for both the upper and lower paragraphs. We use the p paragraph tag and use
before the beginning of a paragraph. Add a
tag at the end of this text. The paragraph p tag will put a certain distance between the upper and lower paragraphs of text, about twice the line-height distance.
