2. After clicking the file option, a drop-down menu will appear, where you can find and sign the document.
3. In the window that appears on the right, if the signed document has a drop-down menu after "Place Abbreviated Signature", please click the drop-down menu to change or clear the previous signature.
4. After the signature is clear, click the "Place Abbreviated Signature" button.
5. You can draw your own signature in the pop-up window, such as your own edited signature, and then click Accept.
6. At this point, when the mouse moves to the content of the PDF file, the signature effect made by yourself will appear, and the signature can be arbitrarily placed in the PDF file.
7. After selecting the location as shown in the figure, click the left mouse button to place the signature, and then click Save.
