1. Open Foxmail and log in to the company email account.
2. In the main interface of Foxmail, select the "Email" tab.
3. Under the Mailbox tab, select the Settings button.
4. In the pop-up setting window, select the account tab.
5. Under the Account tab, select the AutoSign button.
6. In the automatic signature window that pops up, select the Add button.
7. In the Add AutoSignature window, enter the name and contact information of your company and set the signature type to Default Signature.
8. Click OK to save the settings. In this way, when you use Foxmail to send an email, the system will automatically add your company's name and contact information at the end of the email. To send a message to a specific recipient, you can manually enter the recipient's name in the message editing window.
