The chief supervision engineer may designate a professional supervision engineer for pre-examination. The method of auditing the price change of the project is as follows: according to the relevant project quota, machinery hourly rate and stipulated charging rate promulgated by the state, and the local current market unit price and labor hourly rate promulgated by the Price Bureau (if the supervision unit does not have the above standards, the construction unit may be required to provide them), compare whether the above quota, charging rate and market unit price declared by the construction unit meet the prescribed reasonable range one by one, and if they meet the requirements, they can be agreed, and if they do not meet the requirements, they can be returned to the construction unit for redoing; After the supervision audit, it will be submitted to the construction unit for approval. If the construction unit agrees with the results of the supervision unit's price change audit, the supervision unit will issue a price change sign, which will be signed and sealed by the construction unit, the supervision unit and the construction unit, and the price change will take effect; If there is a dispute between the construction unit and the construction unit about changing the price, the supervision unit shall set the price within a reasonable range, and temporarily settle the project payment according to the price set by the supervision unit; If both the construction unit and the construction unit agree with the price set by the supervision unit, this price is the final contract price; If the construction unit and any party of the construction unit still have doubts and disputes about the price set by the supervision unit, they may apply for arbitration or bring a lawsuit to the people's court.

legal basis: a company established according to law in article 7 of the company law of the people's Republic of China shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.

the company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, paid-in capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters.

in case of any change in the items recorded in the company's business license, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.

Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration

Article 27 When applying for registration of change, a company shall submit the following documents to the company registration authority:

(1) an application for registration of change signed by the legal representative of the company; (2) a resolution or decision on change made in accordance with the Company Law; and (3) other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

if the company's change of registration involves the revision of the articles of association, the revised articles of association or amendments to the articles of association signed by the company's legal representative shall be submitted.

if the change of registered items is subject to approval before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, relevant approval documents shall also be submitted to the company registration authority.

article 28 where a company changes its name, it shall apply for registration of change within 3 days from the date when the resolution or decision on change is made.
