4. Deed tax: the legal heirs inherit the real estate without deed tax, and the non-legal heirs who inherit the ownership of land and houses according to the will need to pay the deed tax of 1.5%.
A house with a price of 1 million yuan has to bear 5, yuan for housing appraisal and 2, yuan for notarization, plus 5 yuan contract stamp duty, 1 yuan registration fee and 5 yuan certificate stamp, which is equivalent to 25,65 yuan, and the cost is considerable, so some people directly register their houses in their children's names when buying real estate. If the value of the house declared by both parties is in line with the market price, the assessment fee can generally be exempted, and if the notarization fee is only notarized and signed, it only needs several hundred yuan, and the cost will be saved. Remember to pay the fees that should be paid when inheriting the property in time. If you don't pay these fees when inheriting, you can't inherit the property smoothly.
