The amount, date, and payee name of the bill cannot be changed, and the changed bill is invalid.
For other items recorded on the bill, the original recorder may change it, and the change must be certified by the signature and seal of the original recorder.
Article 10 The issuance, acquisition and transfer of bills shall follow the principle of good faith and have a true transaction relationship and creditor-debt relationship.
To obtain a bill, consideration must be paid, that is, the corresponding consideration recognized by both parties to the bill must be paid.
