The endorsee’s signature and seal are not
The matters that must be recorded in an endorsement include: the endorser’s signature and the name of the endorsee.
Recorded matters of endorsement:
(1) Name of the endorsee—absolutely recorded matter;
(2) Endorser’s signature—absolutely recorded matter Matter line;
(3) Endorsement date—relative to the recorded matters, if the endorsement does not record a date, it will be deemed to be endorsed before the maturity date of the bill.
Matters that must not be recorded in an endorsement:
(1) Conditional endorsement: An endorsement must not be accompanied by conditions. If an endorsement is conditional, the attached conditions will not have the effect of a bill of exchange.
(2) Partial endorsement: An endorsement that transfers part of the bill or transfers the amount of the bill to two or more people is invalid.
