Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of urban housing ownership registration, maintain the order of the real estate market, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of housing owners, these measures are formulated in accordance with the People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban Real Estate Management Law, the Jiangsu Urban Real Estate Transaction Management Regulations and other laws and regulations, and in combination with the actual situation of this Municipality.
