People who may appear on a bill of exchange are: drawee, acceptor and payee.

The payer must sign and seal the ticket, the acceptor must accept it, and the payee must collect the money or transfer it by endorsement.

This signature includes financial seal (or official seal)+legal person or authorized person seal (or signature).

Therefore, bills of exchange need to be signed or sealed in all aspects of circulation (private seals can be replaced by signatures)
