Rules of Rubik's Cube Speed Twist Competition
Refer to the rules of WCA World Cube Association:

Appendix A: A 1) The attempt of the quick-twist competition must follow the following principles: the time limit is 10 minutes, and if it is more or less, it will be announced before the game; A 1b) If the time limit is greater than 10 minutes, a stopwatch should be used when using Stackmat. If the result is within 10 minute, record the result of Stackmat; Otherwise, use a stopwatch to time the result; A2) Disruption A2a) Players hand over the Rubik's Cube to the disruptor, and then wait in the player's area until they are called to the competition; A2b) The destroyer destroys the Rubik's Cube according to the rules described in Chapter 4; A2c) During the period when the Rubik's Cube is disturbed and observation begins, the contestants can't see the Rubik's Cube; A2d) After the referee gets the Rubik's Cube, he should quickly check the disorder of the Rubik's Cube. If there is any doubt about destroying the Rubik's Cube, the referee should contact the saboteur for detailed inspection; A2e) The referee puts the Rubik's Cube on the Stackmat mat and completely covers it with other objects; A3) Observation Stage A3a) Before recovery, the contestants can observe the Rubik's Cube; A3a 1) Participants have at most 15 seconds to observe the Rubik's Cube, but they can finish the observation earlier;

A3b) Referee's zero timer and stopwatch;

A3b 1) Both the referee and the players need to reach an agreement within one minute. When the player is ready to start observing, the referee asks "Ready"; A3b2) When the contestants say "Yes", the referee will show the Rubik's Cube to the contestants one second later and start the stopwatch at the same time; A3c) Participants can pick up the Rubik's Cube during the observation period; A3c 1) Participants are not allowed to operate the Rubik's Cube except for the overall rotation, otherwise they will be disqualified from this reduction and the score will be recorded as DNF;; ; A3c2) If all the squares of the Rubik's Cube are not aligned in a straight line, participants can only align the squares with the surface (the adjustment of the Rubik's Cube is not allowed to exceed 45 degrees);

A3c3) Participants can reset the timer by themselves before starting the recovery; A3d) After the observation, the contestants must put the Rubik's Cube back on the Stackmat mat, and the Rubik's Cube can be put back on the mat according to the direction and position they like; A3d 1) The Rubik's Cube must be left on the floor mat, not on the timer part of Stackmat. A3d2) When the observation time reaches 8 seconds, the referee says "8 seconds"; A3d3) When the observation time reaches12s, the referee says "Stop"; A4) At the beginning stage A4b) Participants must lay their hands flat on the Stackmat sensing area, palms down, and touch the sensing areas on both sides with both hands and fingers at the same time, otherwise they will be punished with two seconds' performance; A4b 1) Participants are not allowed to have any physical contact with the Rubik's Cube before starting the reduction, otherwise they will be punished by the result plus two seconds; A4d) When the stack mat light turns green, the contestants can start to recover, a4d)Stackmat starts to time at the same time; A4d 1) Participants must start to recover within 15 seconds after starting the observation, otherwise they will be punished by adding two seconds according to the result; A4d2) Participants must start to recover within 17 seconds after the opening observation, otherwise, they will be disqualified from this recovery, and this score will be recorded as DNF;; ; A4e) The penalty for foul in the initial stage will not be accumulated, and the player will only be fined one performance plus two seconds at most at this stage; A5) Recovery Stage A5a) During the observation and recovery period, participants are not allowed to communicate with anyone other than the referee, otherwise, this recovery qualification will be cancelled, and this score will be recorded as DNF;; ; A5b) During the observation and restoration, participants are not allowed to use the help of anyone or anything (except the desktop), otherwise they will be disqualified from this restoration, and this score will be recorded as DNF;; ; A6) Ending Stage A6a) The contestants put down the Rubik's Cube and stop counting time as a sign of ending the restoration; A6b) Participants are responsible for ensuring that the timer stops in the correct way. If the timer fails to stop in time, the consequences will be borne by the participants. A6b 1) If the timer stops before the resumption and the display time is 0.0 1-0.05 seconds, a resumption will be added to replace this resumption, unless the referee points out that the competitor intentionally stops the timer prematurely. A6b2) If the timer stops before recovery and displays for 0.06 seconds or more, the recovery is invalid unless the contestants show valid evidence of timer failure; A6c) Participants must stop the timer with both hands and put their palms down on the timer, otherwise they will be punished by adding two seconds according to their grades; A6d) Participants must completely put down the Rubik's Cube before they can stop timing, otherwise they will be punished by the score plus two seconds;

A6e) Participants are not allowed to touch or operate the Rubik's Cube before the referee checks it, otherwise the score reduction will be cancelled, and this score will be recorded as DNF;; ; A6f) Before the referee records the results of the competition, the contestants are not allowed to reset the timer, otherwise the restored results will be cancelled and recorded as DNF;; ; A6g) The referee must check whether the Rubik's Cube has been correctly restored. During this period, no operation can be performed on the Rubik's Cube, and the alignment surface can be adjusted. A6h) If there is a controversial judgment after the Rubik's Cube is restored, no one (including the referee if necessary) may make any operation and alignment adjustment on the Rubik's Cube before the dispute is resolved; Otherwise, this reduced achievement will be cancelled and this achievement will be recorded as DNF;; ; A6i) The penalty for fouls at the end stage will not be accumulated, and the player will only be fined one performance plus two seconds at most at this stage; A7) Performance management A7a) If the referee determines that the recovery result is valid, the referee should say "good" (or a word with similar meaning); A7b) The referee writes down the results of the competition on the competition report and signs it; A7b 1) If there is a penalty, the referee records the result of the timer and writes the performance penalty after the result (for example,17.65+2 =19.65); A7c) After the referee writes down the scores, the contestants have the right to check whether the scores on the report card are recorded correctly; A7d) When the referee punishes the player, the referee should say "penalty" (or words with similar meaning), and the player should sign the report after the penalty; A7e) If the competitor's score is DNF, the referee should say "unfinished" (or similar meaning), and the competitor should sign the report form; A7f) After the final round of each player's competition, the referee will hand over the report card to the scorer.
