From the title of the book, as the name suggests, the main central idea is to tell you not to be too sensitive. Generally, people who are too sensitive cannot achieve great things, and their physical health is not as good as those of those who are not too sensitive. I think most people understand this. It's not good to be too sensitive. I used to be very sensitive to everything, even someone else's look or a casual word. After reading this book, I realized how stupid it is to be too sensitive. Most of the time, it's a good thing to be slower, number, thicker-skinned, and more tolerant! Do you still remember Tokugawa Ieyasu and Sima Yi? Insensitivity and patience make the real strong!
Third, if your leader criticizes you for a few words, just let him say it.
After all, he is the leader, and only by saying a few words to you can he show his identity. To put it more shamelessly, it means: being criticized by him shows that he cares about your work performance. People who are not told by their leaders will not be promoted quickly. So, let him say, even though you feel a little unhappy, you still have to accept it with conviction on the surface, and don't show resistance or rebellion. Generally, leaders don't like such subordinates. Even if the leader's words are a bit harsh, refer to point 2, really, if you think about it openly, it's not a big deal. Moreover, if you act submissively after your leader criticizes you, he will feel that you have gone too far. (Remember, this is a trick.
