"Non-agricultural" hukou migration conditions:
(1) graduates who "transferred from rural areas to non-rural areas" because of attending junior colleges and technical schools, and returned to their original places without job arrangements after graduation;
(2) One of the husband and wife is agricultural registered permanent residence, and the non-agricultural registered permanent residence party has no fixed occupation in the town and lives in the countryside;
(three) unmarried people who have no fixed occupation or residence in cities and towns and live in rural areas with their parents;
(4) I, my spouse and unmarried children have no fixed occupation in cities and towns, have a residential base in rural areas, have built houses and numbers, and live and live in rural areas;
(5) The original land acquisition has been handled on the spot, and now it is required to be "non-agricultural", such as household registration and personnel still living in rural areas;
(6) The village committee that has been listed as "village to residence" is not allowed to move in because of "non-conversion to agriculture";
(seven) the village committee has planned to "change the village to live" but has not yet been listed, and the above items (4) and (5) shall not apply for "non-transfer of agriculture" to move in.
