According to the law, if the application materials submitted by the applicant are complete and conform to the statutory form, the registration authority shall register them on the spot and issue a notice of approval to the applicant. According to the statutory conditions and procedures, it is necessary to verify the substantive contents of the application materials.

The registration authority shall assign two or more staff members to carry out verification and fill in the verification report of application materials. The registration authority shall make a decision on whether to approve the registration within 05 days from the date of accepting the application for registration.

Precautions:

The original Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person or the original business license shall be placed in a prominent position in the company's domicile or the business premises of the branch. A company may apply to the company registration authority for issuing several business licenses according to its business needs, so as to facilitate its business. The business license shall not be forged, altered, leased, lent or transferred.

If the business license is lost or destroyed, it shall be declared invalid in the newspapers and periodicals designated by the company registration authority and applied for a replacement. According to the relevant provisions of the state, if the copy of the business license submitted by the company to the relevant units needs to be stamped by the company registration authority, the company registration authority may stamp the copy.
