Operation Steps

1. Log in to the Electronic Taxation Bureau, click "My Information" in the menu bar on the home page to enter user management, select Certificate Management and switch to the CA certificate /Electronic business license cancellation tab page.

2. Click the logout button to pop up a confirmation dialog box.

3. Click Confirm and select the electronic business license for signature cancellation.

4. After generating the QR code, use the electronic business license applet or the Shanghai CA migration APP to scan the code. The deregistration can be successful only after the code is scanned successfully.

If you are tax-related, you need to go to the tax bureau first to apply for a tax clearance certificate. Cancellation procedures can only be processed after tax settlement is completed. No tax involved.

1. Individual industrial and commercial households download the "Cloud Window License Application" app on their mobile phone, enter the real-name authentication login, then select the logout module, follow the operation process to complete, and return the original and copy of the business license.

2. The enterprise logs in to the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System → Fill in the enterprise information → Select the place of business (such as Hebei) → Enter the enterprise name → Password → Drag the verification code bar → Select the enterprise cancellation module → Simple logout (farmers Not applicable to professional cooperatives) (Announcement period is 20 days) (Simple cancellation can only be made if there are no tax-related, abnormal, etc. circumstances) → Ordinary cancellation (Announcement period is 45 days). Enter and submit according to the operation process.
