1, The Biography of Du Shoutian in the Draft of Qing History records one thing. The emperors of the Qing Dynasty hunted in Nanyuan every year, including Daoguang. One day in Daoguang's later years, Nanyuan School Hunting was held again. Daoguang took all the princes to ride horses in Nanyuan. Princes can also take this opportunity to show their great martial arts in front of their fathers.
Yixin has been good at archery with swords and guns since she was a child. Today, in order to show her special skills in front of her father, she tried her best to fight bravely. After the school hunting, the princes showed their achievements in front of Daoguang, but Yiyi replied unhurriedly: Father, this is the spring when everything is revived and birds and animals begin to multiply. I can't bear to hurt these creatures against the growth law of everything.
Yi Yi's words made Daoguang very happy, and he couldn't help admiring: These are really what the emperor should say. Yi's discussion of benevolence, righteousness and morality is close to the tradition and standard of Daoguang, which makes the balance of Daoguang's storage tilt obviously.
2. In addition, there is another saying, roughly the same as the above, which also talks about how Daoguang is divided between Yiyi and Yixin. Qing Notes says that Yi Yi's teacher is Du Shoutian and Yi Xin's teacher is Zhuo Tianbing. When Daoguang was sick in his later years, he wanted to summon two princes one day and decide who to pass the throne to through the final inspection. Knowing that the throne was at the last moment, the two princes asked the teacher how to behave in front of his father. Zhuo Tianbing told Xin Yixin: If your father asks you anything, you will know everything and say everything. Zhuo Tianbing's intention in saying this is actually obvious, because Yixin is very smart, witty and knowledgeable, and can completely overwhelm Yixin with his own talent.
After analyzing the actual situation of the two princes, Du Shoutian thought that the four sons of the emperor should foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and make Daoguang feel good with their own specialties. He said to Yi Yi: If your father asks about state affairs, your knowledge and wisdom in this field can't be compared with that of Liu Zi. There is only one way to win, that is, when your father talks about his old age and illness and may soon become king, you don't have to say anything, just kneel down and cry, showing your sincere admiration for your father. When Daoguang summoned him, Yi Kun did as the teacher said. Daoguang is very happy He felt that Yi Kun was too kind and filial, so he decided to pass on the throne to Yi Kun.
According to the draft of Qing history, Zhuo didn't actually trust the teacher. The story content and plot are different, but the truth is the same. That is, under the banner of benevolence, filial piety and virtue, the fourth son of Emperor Yangdi defeated his sixth son Yi Xin, who was clever but eager to express himself, in many competitions, and was finally named Chu Jun.
3. It is also said that Daoguang initially established CreditEase as a reserve team, but later changed it. The paper money in the Qing Dynasty said that when Daoguang was tired of politics in his later years, he thought of establishing a crown prince. Seeing that Prince Zhong Gong and Wang Yixin are the most favored by the queen, he intends to make him the Crown Prince. He wrote his name in advance and put it behind the plaque in Gan Qing Palace. A eunuch secretly read Daoguang's words. As soon as he saw that the last stroke was particularly long, he suspected that Daoguang's name was one heart.
The eunuch told everyone about it, and the news that Daoguang set up a heart to store things spread. Daoguang was very angry when he heard this, so he took down the iron box again and renamed it Yiyi. According to this statement, Yi Yi got the throne by accident. Daoguang's original intention was to choose Yixin, but it was changed to Yiyi because of the leak. The truth of this matter is not recorded in other history books, and it is difficult to verify it today. However, it should be a fact that Yixin is favored and has the hope of becoming a monarch successfully, and the opportunities for their establishment are the same.
In the 26th year of Daoguang (1846), on June 16th, Daoguang set up a secret library. Daoguang wrote a book "Li Yixin, the fourth son of the emperor, is the crown prince" in Manchu and Chinese with a red pen on a 4-fold paper of 9.5 cm 1.6 cm, and his colleagues also wrote a Chinese book "Yiyi, the sixth son of the emperor, is the prince". After writing, Daoguang was wrapped in two layers of slightly darker yellow paper. On the back of the yellow paper inside, the words "June 16th, 26th year of Daoguang" were written in red pen, and I signed it myself. On the back of the outer yellow paper, the words "Wannian" were written in Manchu with a red pen, and Daoguang signed his name.
After this great event was completed, Daoguang wrote two more wills to explain what he was going to do behind him. Daoguang's imperial book and decree were sealed in two boxes respectively. A box for collection and storage is also called a box, and there are seals on three sides of the box. Both seals have Daoguang's autograph, and the front seal also has Daoguang's autograph and the words "beginning of autumn in the 26th year of Daoguang". The two boxes containing Daoguang's suicide note and will are still well preserved, and they are the only objects found in China that can glimpse the secret storage system of the Qing Dynasty. After Daoguang, the emperor did not practice secret storage, so its value was very significant.
On the 14th day of the first month of the 30th year of Daoguang (1850), Daoguang was about to end his life. He summoned ministers Zai Yuan, Ruihua, Monk's Cave and others in Yuanmingyuan, and asked Wen Qing, the minister in charge of the internal affairs office, to open a small box in front of all the ministers to announce the imperial edict and will. At the same time, Daoguang's personal Zhu Yu was proclaimed.
Zhu Yu was written in Shende Hall of Yuanmingyuan when Daoguang was seriously ill. Its content reads: "The four sons of the emperor are self-reliant as the Crown Prince. What should Wang and others say to me? They always pay attention to the national economy and people's livelihood and have no sympathy for others. " In this way, from a legal point of view, Daoguang helped Yi Yi ascend to the throne, and no one can and should disagree.
After Daoguang's death, Yi Yi became emperor and changed the first year to Xianfeng.
Extended data:
Acceded to the throne is also called acceded to the throne, that is, the emperor acceded to the throne. The new emperor succeeded to the throne, and the year number was changed to yuan to show that everything was born again. Some emperors did not change yuan when they ascended the throne. For example, after Hegong Emperor, there was no change of yuan, but Mao's title of "virtuous" was followed, from which we can see the rise and fall of the country.
