Legal analysis: property can be disposed of by guardians. The guardian is the legal representative. If the guardian is someone else, it needs to be notarized by an agent or replaced by the original guardian.

Legal basis: Article 28 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), adults with no or limited capacity for civil conduct shall be taken as guardians by the following persons in turn:

(1) spouse;

(2) parents and children;

(3) Other close relatives;

(four) other individuals or organizations willing to act as guardians, but subject to the consent of the residents' committee, villagers' committee or civil affairs department of the ward's domicile.
