2. Inspection of boiler safety accessories

(1) safety valve

① Each boiler should be equipped with at least two safety valves (except the economizer safety valve), which should be installed vertically at the highest position of the boiler to ensure smooth exhaust and lead to a safe place.

(2) The safety valve shall be inspected with constant pressure at least once a year, and the lead seal shall be intact, recorded and signed.

(3) Automatic emission test once a month, recorded and signed.

(2) Water level gauge

(1) The water level gauge is clearly marked (red bar), indicating the highest and lowest safe water levels and the normal water level. The lower visible edge of the water level gauge is at least 25mm lower than the lowest safe water level and the upper visible edge is at least 25mm higher than the highest safe water level. The normal water level is in the middle of the water level gauge.

(2) The steam-water connecting pipe between the water level gauge and the steam drum is equipped with a valve, and the inlet valve for boiler operation must be in the fully open position.

(3) The water level gauge is sensitive and reliable, and the water level gauge shall be flushed at least once per shift, so as not to form illusion.

(4) The glass tube water level gauge should have protective devices (such as protective cover and quick-closing valve). ), but shall not affect the normal observation of water level.

(3) Pressure gauge

① The boiler must be equipped with a pressure gauge directly connected with the steam space of the drum (shell).

(2) According to the working pressure, the measuring range of the pressure gauge should be 1.5 ~ 3 times of the working pressure.

(3) The dial diameter should not be less than 100㎜, and the dial of the meter should be marked with the red line of the highest working pressure.

(4) The maximum working pressure of the boiler is less than 2.5Mpa, the accuracy of the pressure gauge is not lower than 2.5, and the working pressure of the boiler is greater than or equal to 2.5Mpa, and the accuracy of the pressure gauge is not lower than 1.5.

⑤ The connecting pipe between the pressure gauge and the gas cylinder is equipped with a three-way valve, which is effective for purging the pipeline, replacing and calibrating the pressure gauge.

⑥ The pressure gauge set in the steam space has a trap pipe, and the three-way valve is installed between the pressure gauge and the trap pipe and can be opened flexibly.

② High and low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection device. When the water level in the boiler is higher than the highest safe water level or lower than the lowest safe water level, the water level alarm will automatically give an alarm to remind firefighters to take measures to prevent accidents.

③ Boiler flameout protection device. When the boiler furnace flameout, the boiler flameout protection device acts to cut off the fuel supply and send out corresponding signals.

(5) Water supply equipment

(6) Water quality assurance
