Not fake medicine
Because this is not medicine at all.
Most of the sight-seeing stars belong to functional cosmetics, not drugs, and cannot achieve the curative effect of drugs.
All drugs must be Chinese medicine quasi-characters.
Health care products are not medicines, so traditional Chinese medicine cannot be used.
The approval number of health care products is * Shijianzi * *,
The approval number of cosmetics is Wei Zhuangzi * *, and the approval number of imported cosmetics is Huaizhuang Gold * *.
There is no special approval number for special drugs, and the national unified drug quasi-brand name must be used.
Note: I have been engaged in pharmaceutical sales for 7 years.
What is the quasi-character of traditional Chinese medicine?
Notice on uniformly updating and standardizing the format of drug approval number
National Medical Products Administration Announcement No.33 [2002]
-
The drug administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the Ministry of Health of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army:
The drug approval number is a sign of the legitimacy of drug production. The Drug Administration Law stipulates that the production of drugs "shall be approved by the drug supervision and administration department of the State Council, and a drug approval number shall be issued". Due to historical reasons, the format of the approval number of listed drugs is different at present, which is not conducive to unified management and supervision. In order to strengthen the management of drug approval number, according to the requirements of the Notice of the State Pharmaceutical Products Supervision and Administration on Doing a Good Job in the Uniform Renewal of Drug Approval Number (State Drug Administration Note [20065438+0] No.582), the new format of drug approval number is now standardized, and the drug approval number will be uniformly renewed for drugs that have been legally produced by national pharmaceutical production enterprises in the near future. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The format of drug approval number is: Chinese medicine quasi-word+1 letter +8 digits, and the format of trial production drug approval number is: Chinese medicine trial word+1 letter +8 digits.
The letter "H" stands for chemicals, the letter "Z" stands for traditional Chinese medicine, the letter "B" stands for health care drugs rectified by the State Administration of Pharmaceutical Products, the letter "S" stands for biological products, the letter "T" stands for in vitro chemical diagnostic reagents, the letter "F" stands for pharmaceutical excipients and the letter "J" stands for imported sub-packaged drugs. The numbers 1 and 2 are the source codes of the original approval numbers, where "10" stands for drugs approved by the former Ministry of Health, "19" and "20" stand for drugs approved by the State Pharmaceutical Products Administration before 2002 1, and other provincial administrative division codes are used (see Annex I).
Drugs approved by the administrative department. The third and fourth digits are the last two digits of the renewal year of the approval number, but the approval numbers from the Ministry of Health and the State Administration of Pharmaceutical Products still use the last two digits of the original number. Numbers 5 to 8 are serial numbers.
See Annex II for an explanation of the update of the certification number.
Two, each specification of each drug issued an approval number. Except the drugs approved by the State Administration of Pharmaceutical Products are commissioned to be produced and processed in different places, different manufacturers of the same drug issue different drug approval numbers.
Three, since June 2002, 65438+1 October1day, new drugs, generic drugs and drugs that have been rectified by local standards or re-evaluated and upgraded to national standards shall all adopt the format of new drug approval number.
Four, since June 65438+1 October1day, 2002, the format of the chemical registration certificate number has also been partially changed, in which the letter "X" was changed to "H" and the other parts remained unchanged. When the Registration Certificate of Imported Drugs is renewed, the registration number of the original old format is replaced with the new format.
Five, the drug approval number and the registration number of imported chemicals are renewed, and the packaging labels printed with the original format approval number and registration number are prohibited from circulating after June 30, 2003.

Third, the drug approval number issued by the original provincial drug supervision and administration department should be renewed according to the abbreviation of the province in the original approval number, and the corresponding province code should be used in the new format drug approval number. The third and fourth digits of the new approval number are the last two digits of the renewal year, and the serial number should be rearranged.
For example, the original chemistry "Jing Wei Yao Zhunzi (1996) No.00001"was changed to "National Medicine Zhunzi H 1 102000 1", and the letters and numbers indicated "H" and "65430" as chemistry in turn.
Drugs that have been upgraded to national drug standards after rectification or re-evaluation by local standards are now local drug approval numbers, or have been re-issued as national medicine quasi-word XF00000000, but the format is different from the new approval number. According to the above requirements, we should also increase the province code for unified update. The prefix "ZZ××××-"will no longer be used after the renewal of the approval number of traditional Chinese medicine drugs.
