Some oil paintings are long-distance and heavy (that is, those of foreigners), while others are thin and like Chinese painting. The first one depends on color, proportion and line, and the second one depends on color and line.

In fact, I personally think that oil painting is not good or bad. As long as you like it and draw it with your heart, it is a good painting.

The most important thing in a painting is emotion. You should integrate your feelings into this painting, even if it is a children's painting. Without the integration of emotions, it is useless to paint superb.
